To find out the specific support range for your product, you can search based upon the part number etched on the device and
also included on the packaging.
How to find the part number
To find the part number of your device :
On the Device: the part number is shown in the device etching directly under the line where it shows the serial number "S/N: D073D...."
Bulbs: At the base of the bulb near the metal cap
Linear products (Perm outdoor, beam, neon, tape, string etc): On the rear side of controller
Mirror, Ceiling Fixtures, Switch, Dimmer, Luna: On the rear side of the product
On the Packaging: Next to the Lighting Facts panel, it will be listed as "P/N: .... " under the model #.
Alternatively, in the LIFX app, you can go to the device's Settings screen and tap the button titled 'Product Lifetime Security Support' to find the support range for that product.
